It looks like "New Blood" has been cancelled (seen on Anthony Horowitz's twitter) which isn't suprising really (as time went on it seemed more and more inevitable) but it's such a shame as it was such a good show. We finished the Northern line yesterday - did Kentish Town to High Barnet. It was quite a nice walk and the sat nav took us through some nice places. We've now completed 9 lines out of 11 which is pretty good going, especially considering we only started five weeks ago! On Friday we did some more of the Northern line - from Morden to King's Cross St Pancras. It was a fairly easy walk although it was a lot warmer than I expected it to me which meant we had to have more sit downs than normal. And we had to buy a cold drink towards the end. So, last night I decided to make a start on "Stranger Things" on Netflix (I'd so many good things about it I just had to give it a go). I ended up watching 4 episodes. So, over the past few days I did another rewatch of "New Blood" (watched case 1 on Wednesday, case 2 on Thursday and case 3 on Friday). I think I've seen every episode three times now. Mum and I made a start on the Metropolitan line today. We did 15 stations from Aldgate to North Harrow. Once we got to Aldgate we walked to Bank so we could get the DLR to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel because I just want to go and see it (I think it and the Woolwich Foot Tunnel are pretty amazing from an engineering point of view). Mum started to walk the Jubilee line yesterday - it's definitely a work in progress as we managed just 10 stations yesterday (although we still did twenty miles - the stations were quite spaced out).
